Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Payment Policy

• Full course fee of S$1400 must be paid via PayNow to 81270811 to secure your spot.

• Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received.

2. Refund Policy

• 24-Hour Cooling-Off Period:
  Students have 24 hours from the time of payment to request a full refund.

• 50% Refund After 24 Hours:
  After the 24-hour period, students are eligible for a 50% refund if cancellations are made at least 7 days before the course date.

• No Refund Within 7 Days of Course Date:
  Payments become non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled class, as resources, facilities, and trainers will be secured.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Last-Minute Cancellations:
  Cancellations made after the 24-hour cooling-off period or within 120 hours (5 days) of the course date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
  
  

• Medical Leave (MC):
  If you are unable to attend due to a valid medical certificate (MC), you are required to:
  
  

  • Send a Replacement Student to attend the course on your behalf.

  • Notify us immediately to facilitate arrangements.

4. Course Scheduling and Capacity

• Current and Next Weekend Courses Only:
  We only accept enrollments for the current or next weekend classes due to limited slots and high demand.

• Small Class Size – Capped at 2 Students Per Class:
  To ensure personalized attention and effective hands-on training, we limit each class to 2 students only.

5. Models for Practical Training

• Students Must Bring Their Own Models:
  For the practical sessions (3 hours), students are responsible for arranging their own facial models.

  • Models should be available for the scheduled practical training during the course.

  • Students without models will still need to attend and complete the session as scheduled.

6. Course Rescheduling

• No Rescheduling for Personal Reasons:
  Once registered, students are required to attend their scheduled class. Rescheduling is not allowed unless supported by a valid medical certificate (MC) and a replacement is provided.
